Sie enthält eine kurze Darstellung der derzeit geltenden nationalen Verwaltungs- sowie Strafverfolgungs- und Streitregelungsverfahren und beschreibt die zuständigen Gerichte, die solche Fälle in der ersten und in der Berufungsinstanz behandeln. Ebenfalls enthalten sind Informationen über das Einheitliche Patentgericht.
