La cinquième édition de cette publication, qui est riche des contributions des offices nationaux des 38 États membres de l’Organisation européenne des brevets, donne une vue d’ensemble des systèmes de règlement des litiges en matière de brevets dans les États membres, décrit brièvement les procédures administratives et civiles nationales en vigueur concernant l’instruction et le règlement des litiges, et présente les juridictions compétentes pour traiter ces questions en première instance et en appel. Elle fournit également des informations sur la juridiction unifiée du brevet.
