Dans l'UE, la directive relative au respect des droits de propriété intellectuelle définit des mesures et réparations que les juridictions peuvent ordonner dans les affaires de PI. Toutefois, les modalités de mise en œuvre varient selon les pays. Compilant différents profils de pays, ce guide offre une vue d'ensemble complète des pratiques et procédures nationales destinées à faire respecter les droits de PI dans les États parties à la CBE. Il complète ainsi la publication "Patent litigation in Europe" (Litiges en matière de brevets en Europe).
